"THE ARTIST IS (ALL BUT) PRESENT"
AR (augmented reality) performance in which the “spectactor” meets and collaborates with Leron Miszek -an avatar (live/real-time 3D scan) of Miron Białoszewski to create his/her own piece of ephemeral, playful word poetry. The piece is performed using Microsoft hololens glasses which the “user” wears while communicating with Leron Miszek thru an intercom set-up. Presented in Warsaw at Komuna Warszawa and New York at The Performing Garage.
Transgressive journey based on Tadeusz Miciński's novel with highland folklore, dance and multiplayer, interactive VR application. Theatre performance with unique VR locomotion system providing run and fly modes for multiple users connected together, visible as avatars in real-time and guided by actors. "BIAŁOSZEWSKI / GINSBERG"
What happened when Miron Białoszewski, one of the most singular poets of the 20th century received a visit from America’s favorite guru-activist-poet, Allen Ginsberg? Białoszewski/Ginsberg explores possible stories, counterfactual narratives and alternative realities through the use of performance and multi-player, real-time scanning VR technology. This is a Nowy Teatr's production in cooperation with Dream Adoption Society during our residency at The Performing Garage, New York.
In “Robert Robur”, serious reflections on the insidious trap that technological progress sets up for us are interwoven with numerous pop-culture games and references. The aesthetic of the depicted world is very much defined by campy exaggeration. And playing with cinematic associations and literary tropes, in addition to providing outstanding entertainment value, is used here to create a coherent, dystopian vision of a future that is, quite unexpectedly, already here. Real-time, multiplayer, vr theatre performance combining Gear Vr, HTC Vive, actors' performances, choreography, live music from a vr application to achieve immersive theatre experience for the local community. Here the process of being immersed in VR is not about taking the viewers to another world but to create an experience shared with all the viewers, although felt in a private, individual way at the same time. "A COURAGOUS HEART"
VR (virtual reality) interactive installation inspired by Tadeusz Kościuszko (1746–1811) who was a hero of the Enlightenment. Monuments have been erected to his memory in Poland, Lithuania, Belarus and the United States, where he fought for independence at George Washington’s side. The VR experience allows viewers to slip into the skin of the human rights champion. Presented in Cracow at Genius Loci Festival and Wiesbaden at GoEast Festival.

Research on Plato's "The Republic" and "Symposium" in VR (virtual reality) including different narrations and choice of texts. "Death is good, detachment from the body, soul from nothing, flight of the soul, self recognition, seeing beauty, unsayable, nothingness, nonexistence, perfect living person, praise of nature, nihilist guest."
